The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and the Department of National Defence (DND) have united previously seperated harassment, alternative dispute resolution, human rights and grievances services into one program called Integrated Conflict and Complaint Management (ICCM). ICCM offers Conflict and Complaint Management Services across the country through centres that assist members with addressing workplace conflict.
